30 YEARS AFTER RASULALLAH (S.A)

The period between the sad demise of Rasulallah (S.A) and the succession of Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) extends up to 30 years. Rasulallah (S.A) had informed his Ahl E Bait (S.A) about this critical period of 30 years in his various Ahadees.
(*) When Rasulallah (S.A) was on his death bed and Maulatena Fatema (S.A) asked as who would be their custodian after his demise, Rasulallah (S.A) narrating to her the tortures from the foes of Dawat said, " I swear in the name of Allah that you all are going to be abated after me."
(*) Praising Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) Rasulallah (S.A) said, " O’ Ali you are related to me the way Haroon (A.S) was related to Moosa (A.S), only that there is no Nabi after me ". Syedna Qazi Al Noman (R.A) discussed this Hadith of Rashuallah (S.A) and narrated the torments of foes on Ahl Al Bait (S.A), and compared them with the torments on Haroon (S.A). Allah Subhanahu says in Quran that Haroon (S.A) complained to Allah, "This community has abated me and has threatened to kill me…"
(*) In his lifetime Rasulallah (S.A) also distributed the portions of Hunoot amongst the Ahl e Bait (S.A) and informed them about the torments from the enemies.
(*) Rasulallah (S.A) also informed Aaisha, his wife, that the hounds of Hoob would bark at her if she lead the people in deeds of paganism. That prophecy became a reality when she mounted a camel and confronted Ali (S.A) in the battle. This deed of hers led to the massacre of 80 thousand Muslemeen.
(*) Rasulallah (S.A) said, " the followers of Moosa (S.A) will be dispersed into 71 groups, the followers of Isa will be dispersed in 72 groups and my followers will get dispersed into 73 groups and everyone will be in the hellfire except one group that will be saved".
Discussing this Hadith Syedna Qazi Noman (R.A) narrates the circumstances that came over the Ahl Al Bait (S.A) which comprehends the seizing of khilafat, the capture of Fadak from Maulatena Fatema (S.A), and the fitnat of Shura in Islam because of which the Wasi Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) was killed innocently. Imam Hasan (S.A) was poisoned and Imam Husain (S.A) was killed mercilessly in the state of thirst. Bohlul has very truly said….
"I will show you all that Imam Husain (S.A) was killed on the day of Saqifa".
Rasulallah (S.A) in his lifetime had informed Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) about every single torment and had asked him to be patient and to bear all those tortures on himself and his Ahl Al Bait (S.A). When Maulatena Fatema (S.A) asked him "why don’t you pull out your sword and stand for our rights? " Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) paused for a moment until he heard the Azan, and then he said, "O Fatema if I stand for our rights then there will no longer be anyone to take your fathers name in Azan and people will again turn towards paganism".
All of the above statements and Hadith’s specify the position of Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) in this particular period. In one of his Kalaams he states, "When you are in a fitnat be like a calf of the camel which does not have a back so that anyone can ride on it neither does it have any Mammary glands so as to provide milk".
In one of the other Kalaams he states, regarding the killing of Usmaan, "I did not command him, neither did I deny him. Allah has killed him and I am with Allah".
According to the guidance of Rasulallah (S.A), Amir Al Mumineen (S.A) held fast to patience and endured all the torments on himself and Ahl Al Bait (S.A) until the khilafat came unto him. During this period of 30 years he indulged himself in prayers and compiling the Quran and securing the laws of Shariat.
The changes that occurred in the period of 30 years have a very great impact on the history of Islam and Muslemeen. Amir Al Mumineen (S.A), after emphasizing and counting his virtues and significance amongst the members of Shura, stated, "O’ people be afraid of Allah, this is the blind, tongue tied and impaired fitnat. Don’t you all know that every soul that dies or is killed in the state of thirst, hunger or by torture is upon those who deny the rights of Ahl e Bait (S.A). I swear of Allah that I have not come here to proclaim the worldly possessions, although I know that you all are not going to give me back my rights, but this is an argument on you and near Allah that you have elected Abu Bakar, although I was much more rightful than him".
Today we all are witnessing the situation in which Muslemeen are indulged. And we all know for certain that it is because of their leaving the Taa’t of Amir Al Mumieen (S.A). Alhamdolillah we Mumineen because of the Taa’t of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS), the Waaris of Ali (S.A) are certain that Jannat is for us, and indeed we are enjoying the pleasures of residing in Jannat which is Dawat Al Haq.
May Allah enhance the Omar Sharif of Aqa Maula till the Day of Judgment.
Ameen.
